The product will be delivered flat and will require assembly. Assembly is easy and fast, according to the instruction attached. Requires no tools.

USING OUTDOORS:

1. When purchasing, please write us a NOTE if you plan to use the playhouse outdoors at all times. The finish for outdoors has to be applied. In case of not receiving your NOTE, our standard finish will be applied.
2. AVOID prolonged moisture in the foundation of the playhouse as the plywood can absorb moisture through the lower edges, causing damage to the structure over time. If the house is placed outdoors, it is advisable to keep it on a DRY ground/lawn, or on any artificial surface, foundation, terrace, patio or shed. Rain and snow can cause damages to the playhouse in a long term.
